The Holt - Holt, MI One of two versions of the Holt Design built near Lansing Michigan, this spec home takes advantage of the extra space created when SIPs are used for your roof system. Peninsula Panel took what was supposed to be a one story design and modified it to be two. The home looks similar to the other homes in the subdivision, but is twice as big and costs next to nothing to heat and cool.View Photos>>>

James - Ann Arbor, MI This owner/builders 5000 sf home was designed by Peninsula Panel. The basement is built with 15" ICF block, the house walls with 6-1/2" SIPs, and house roof with 10-1/4" SIPs. The garage has 4-1/2" SIP walls, and 10-1/4" SIP roof. The owners goal was to create an energy efficient, low maintenance home that had a craftsman feel. View Photos>>>

Kaufman - Bloomfield, MI Designed and built by Hue Projects, a Peninsula Panel Partner, this custom home is designed to be both durable and energy efficient, as well as beautiful. 6-1/2" SIPs were used for the walls, and 10-1/4" SIPs used on the roof. A glu lam frame was combined with conventional trusses to provide a unique support system for the roof SIPs. The floors of the home are concrete with radiant heat, so the open space between the ceiling and roof SIPs is used for mechanicals. View Photos>>>

McKenna - Ann Arbor, MI This 4000 sf home was designed and built by the Owners. The basement is constructed of concrete, the house uses 6-1/2" SIP walls with an 8-1/4" SIP roof, and the garage has 4-1/2" panel walls with a truss roof. The main design features include an open great room with glu lam frame for support, and vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms. Crawford - Howell, MI This 4500 sf home was built by the owner. The basement is constructed with ICF, the house walls with 6-1/2" SIPs, garage walls with 2x4 and the roof with trusses. The basement is constructed with Superior Pre-cast walls, the house walls with 6-1/2" SIPs, garage walls with 2x4 and the roof with trusses. Klein - Dexter, MI This 2600 sf home is a modification of a existing bent ranch design. The basement is constructed with Superior pre-cast walls, the house and garage walls with 6-1/2" SIPs, and the house and garage roof with 8-1/4" SIPs. Paterson - Lapeer, MI This 3500 sf home was built by the owner to look like a log home. The basement was built with wood, the house and garage walls with 6-1/2" SIPs and the roof with 8-1/4" SIPs.
