Grafaktri - Ann Arbor, MI A commercial re-roof project for the Grafaktri, this 12-1/4" Insulspan SIP package was supplied and installed by Peninsula Panel. Grafactri was looking to expand and opted to remodel the commercial space next to their existing office. Before the new SIPs could be set the existing metal decking and spray foam insulation had to be removed. The basement of the building was occupied by another business, so keeping things dry was important. As metal decking was removed, SIPs were installed in an effort to keep the weather out.
